Responsibilities
- Accomplish property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team
- Lead community staff with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidance
- Analyze property operations, implement policies for seamless integration, and ensure operational excellence
- Prepare and manage the community operating budget, oversee the processing and approval of all invoices and company purchases
- Support marketing, pricing efforts, and monitor sales performance for goal achievement
- Stay informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making
- Build connections with residents through community events and activities
Requirements
- Residential property management experience, managing a portfolio of over 200 residential units
- Customer service and sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if required for the role
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills; must be able to communicate orally and in writing in English
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends; must be able to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends
- Use of a personal Smartphone with updated software, password-protected and compliant with in-house security systems
- Ability to use a computer effectively and read written communications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, and materials
- May be required to climb stairs depending on the property structure
Schedule
Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
Pay
Salary: $84,527-$93,919. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
