USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is engaged in the management of residential multifamily communities, specializing in Tax Credit (LIHTC – Low Income Housing Tax Credit) properties throughout California and Nevada.

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee operations for a brand new 147-unit family community in La Mesa, CA, reporting to the Regional Manager. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff, activities, and resources to accomplish property objectives
• Manage portfolio to maximize occupancy levels and property values

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of on-site property management experience, with Tax Credit knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with YARDI Voyager
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing on-site staff and resources
• Success in meeting property goals
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience

Pay

Competitive hourly rate ranging from $30–$34, depending on experience.
