Community Manager - Belle Meade Apts.

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee and enhance the value of a large Family affordable Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) community. They will lead and mentor a dynamic team, develop and manage the budget, ensure property KPI goals are met, submit necessary reporting, and deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
• Developing and managing the budget
• Ensuring property meets KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
• Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
• Ensuring site teams deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing to all residents
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years as a Community Manager
• Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• Pass a full background check

Qualifications

• Strong experience in affordable housing programs
• Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections
• Experience with resident-occupied project renovations

Pay

$58,000-$60,000/year

Schedule

Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evening as needed)
