Community Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring property maintenance, and fostering positive resident relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and facilities in accordance with company standards
• Oversee maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements
• Communicate effectively with residents to address concerns and improve satisfaction
• Participate in community events and social activities to build relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of property management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of property management software
