Responsibilities
- Maintain community cleanliness and safety
- Respond to resident inquiries and complaints
- Manage maintenance requests and repairs
- Plan and execute community events
- Collaborate with property management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
