Community Director for a Student Housing Property in State College, PA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall property operations
- Rent collection and processing resident transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents
- Conduct market studies and property inspections
- Assist team members with various tasks
- Perform data entry and prepare monthly reports
- Review invoices for accuracy
Qualifications
- Prior experience in multi-family housing management, especially student housing
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with property management software like Yardi is helpful
- Preferred but not required: PA Real Estate License
