Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of all services for meetings and conferences by coordinating with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
• Provide high-level internal and external customer support with a warm welcome and seamless service.
• Collaborate with the on-site team lead and associates to design and coordinate catering services, meeting setups, and special requests for meetings and events.
• Work closely with building management and the hard services team to schedule preventative maintenance and general office repairs.
• Enter work orders and follow up with the facilities team.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all office spaces, including open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.

Qualifications

• A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a memorable experience in all aspects of the role.
• The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling multiple responsibilities while interacting with visitors in a public environment.
• Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment.
• Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.
