About the role
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee property operations and resident relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations for a Tax Credit community
- Maintain compliance with Tax Credit program regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and ownership
- Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident services
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a management role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Tax Credit program experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- RealPage software experience preferred
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and E-Verify
