Community Manager

About the role

The Facilities & Maintenance team is seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and performing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all facilities
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairs
• Respond to facility emergencies and assist in crisis management
• Manage inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management or similar field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems and equipment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
