About the role

As a Community Manager, you’re responsible for bringing that experience to life every day. You own the programming, communications, and hospitality strategy for your office building: creating moments that strengthen community, deepen tenant engagement, and elevate the workplace experience. This role blends creativity with operational excellence. You’ll curate events and partnerships, manage communications across multiple channels, oversee budgets and logistics, and ensure every detail, from a welcome email to a lobby activation, reflects the quality of the building and the brand. Just as importantly, you’ll build relationships.
