Community Manager
About the role
Havenpark Communities was founded on the mission of creating caring communities for both our residents and employees. Havenpark has a portfolio of 100+ communities and more than 30,000 homesites across the U.S., and is experiencing intentional, rapid growth by continuously acquiring communities. Our mission is to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents across America; we acquire, improve, and operate manufactured home communities. Our unique culture is fun, rewarding, and inclusive, guided by five core values: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness. This role is closer to running a small business than to managing a property. You will lead a small on-site team and run the full operation of a community of 260 homes: the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience of the families who live there. You will have real decision-making authority, own the results, and can tell how you are doing just by driving through the community. No role matters more to our mission than the Community Manager, and no role puts our values to work more than this one.
