About the role
Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee our beautiful Springs at McKnight Lake residential apartment community in Chaska, MN. $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS OFFERED. This position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to receive additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentive programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus. Our Community Managers are a key business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community. This position will deliver an exceptional living experience for all residents while creating a positive and productive work environment for the team. You will report to the Regional Director/Vice President. Position Specifics: Full-Time. Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives.
