Community Manager

About the role

Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the Springs at Eastmark residential apartment community in Mesa, AZ. The position offers a competitive compensation package with additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentive programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus. Community Managers serve as key business leaders responsible for successful community operations, delivering an exceptional living experience for residents while fostering a positive and productive work environment for the team. The role reports to the Regional Director/Vice President.

Responsibilities

• CEO of Your Community: Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, customer service, and strong submarket knowledge; ensure the community meets its performance goals.
• Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience: Deliver courteous, professional customer interactions; inspect and prepare tour‑ready units; maintain a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Hire top talent, invest in their growth, and create an engaging, developmental culture that keeps people motivated; foster teamwork, accountability, and results.
• Day-to‑Day Office & Community Operations: Oversee daily operations so residents feel valued and proud; compile and present monthly KPI and financial reports with historical analysis and strategic plans for future improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Sharp business mind with hands‑on experience building budgets, driving NOI growth, and an unmatched commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, and Compliance Depot (a plus).
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to balance desk work with being on‑foot, touring the community, and staying active.
