About the role

You will own the strategic relationship for Levellr Ltd's largest client vertical, Google. Managing Discord and Reddit communities, you’ll coordinate in-house specialists to deliver high-impact activations and executive-ready reporting. This is a junior-to-mid level role for a proactive account manager ready to define how enterprise brands engage with online communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for Google’s community health, managing strategic activations that drive measurable business impact.

• Translate complex engagement data into compelling, executive-ready stories that demonstrate the real-world value of community assets to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise client management or agency account roles, demonstrating the ability to lead senior stakeholder conversations.
• High degree of AI fluency, using tools like Claude or Gemini to build workflows and automate processes rather than just drafting.
• Proactive, organized operator who can juggle multiple workstreams and provide strategic recommendations instead of just status updates.
