What You'll Do
- Lead Programs That Make a Difference
- Oversee implementation of resident and community service programs aligned with Mercy Housing's program model and HOPE SF priorities.
- Ensure programs meet regulatory, funding, and community requirements.
- Monitor outcomes and continuously improve service quality and impact.
- Develop and Lead High-Performing Teams
- Supervise Community Life Managers, Specialists, and Housing Success Specialists.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff through training and professional development.
- Conduct program and quality audits to ensure effective service delivery.
- Strengthen Communities
- Support the planning and execution of community-wide events and resident engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate neighborhood meetings and community gatherings using engagement best practices.
- Foster resident leadership, participation, and community cohesion.
- Build Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, faith-based groups, schools, businesses, and service providers.
- Expand resources and opportunities available to residents and neighborhoods.
- Provide strategic input to enhance programs and services across multiple locations.
What You'll Bring
- (Required qualifications)
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years in community development or social service program development.
- Two (2) years in program and staff management.
- Supervisory experience.
- (Preferred qualifications)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- An MFT, MFTI, LCSW, or LCPC license.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $80,000.00 - 93,600 / salary
