Community Life Assistant/Activities Assistant - Cardinal View - Senior Living

About the role

Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant to join their growing team. The community recently opened in fall of 2021 and is located in Middleton, WI, near the Beltline. They offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
• Drive the facility bus as needed.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

$15.45-$18.80 wage is based on experience.

Schedule

Shifts Available: Full Time/Part time, 8:00am-4:30 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays.
