Community Liaison (Morris County, NJ)
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Clinicians visit patients in their homes, offering continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Programs include remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management to ensure patients receive high-quality care from a trusted team.
About the role
This full-time, preferred-experience Community Liaison role serves the Morris County, NJ region. The House Calls Community Liaison promotes company services through community interaction and outreach.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
- Analyze the company's organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze past and current marketing data.
- Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
- Analyze patient/company relationships.
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
- Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
- Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
- Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
- Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
- Assist office staff with updates and other tasks as needed.
- Provide community outreach and education.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000 – $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
