Community Liaison (Georgia)
About the role
The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company Hospice and House Call services. Responsibilities include analyzing the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets, visiting doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals. Other responsibilities involve analyzing the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses, analyzing past and current marketing data, developing sales/marketing objectives and sales projections, implementing a marketing plan, reviewing and evaluating analyses and plans on an established basis, attending IDG meetings, assisting office staff with updates, providing community outreach and education.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets
- Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals
- Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses
- Analyze past and current marketing data
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections
- Implement a marketing plan, staying within established timetable
- Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis
- Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate
- Absorb office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
- Provide community outreach and education
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals
- Organized and detail oriented
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order

Pay
$50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
