Community Liaison (Essex County, NJ)

About the role

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider serving New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Our clinicians visit patients in their homes, offering a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. We provide various programs like remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management to ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, prioritizing tasks and setting a realistic timeline.
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timeframe.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan regularly.
• Attend IDG meetings, as necessary.
• Assist office staff with updates and other needs.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with healthcare professionals.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
