Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Oregon, and the District of Columbia. Founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization by members of the recovery community in Mesa, Arizona, CBI has held as its principal mission “maintaining the dignity of human life” for more than 40 years.

About the role

The Community Liaison will lead initiatives that support residential treatment and patient-centered health home promotion. This role focuses on developing new opportunities, including partnerships with criminal justice entities, to enhance CBI’s visibility in the community, increase responsiveness to CBI programs, and promote CBI’s mission. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop new stakeholder relationships and strengthen CBI’s presence in the community.

  • Community presentations
  • Attending community events
  • Proposal development on growth opportunities
  • Representing Community Bridges, Inc. at local and national conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, preferably within the healthcare or treatment sector
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience presenting at conferences and engaging with various audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for improving the lives of children and families
  • Current driver’s license (valid and in good standing)
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Pay

Hourly rate: $43.75/HR - $52.50/HR
