About the role
The Community Lead at World Golf Village will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Studio Lead position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Studio Lead to ensure all activities align with the overall goals of the World Golf Village.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and promote community engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the Studio Lead's performance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor staff effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with community outreach and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, hospitality management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
