Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Pay

Hourly Wage: $18.00 an hour

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • People-focused with a positive, patient, and encouraging attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while staying organized and professional.
  • Passionate about helping individuals achieve personal goals and community inclusion.
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and provide person-centered support.
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Requirements

  • Submit to a BCII/FBI background check and Nurses Aid & Abuser Registry checks.
  • Maintain American Red Cross or equivalent first aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License and insurability standards.
  • Complete eight hours of training as required by The Ohio Department of Developmental upon hire.
  • Pass a physical and drug screen.
