Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Pay
Hourly Wage: $18.00 an hour

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- People-focused with a positive, patient, and encouraging attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently while staying organized and professional.
- Passionate about helping individuals achieve personal goals and community inclusion.
- Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and provide person-centered support.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Requirements
- Submit to a BCII/FBI background check and Nurses Aid & Abuser Registry checks.
- Maintain American Red Cross or equivalent first aid and CPR certification.
- Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License and insurability standards.
- Complete eight hours of training as required by The Ohio Department of Developmental upon hire.
- Pass a physical and drug screen.
