We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, navigation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule: posting includes "$27-29/hour * 19 hours/week". That's pay and schedule info. So we can have Pay section with that info, Schedule section with that? Actually schedule is hours per week: 19 hours/week. Could combine? But rule: create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state pay and hours. So we can have Pay: $27-29/hour. Schedule: 19 hours/week. Benefits: there is a "Benefits Of Our Dynamic And Supportive Workplace" paragraph: "Own Your Balance with a flexible work environment." Also maybe other benefits? Not explicit beyond flexible work environment. So we can include Benefits section with that sentence. Now we need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe similar), Skills (essential skills). We need to avoid duplication. Let's parse content. Posting text: "$27-29/hour * 19 hours/week Explore a rewarding career at BBYO, a leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement. Join us and embark on an exciting journey with BBYO. INSPIRING TODAY. BUILDING TOMORROW." We need to strip boilerplate: EEO etc not present besides maybe at end? Actually there is no EEO in this snippet. There's "We are committed to enhancing the Jewish experience, valuing diversity, providing equal opportunity, and maintaining an environment free from discrimination or harassment." That's EEO boilerplate. Must remove. Also "BBYO is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove that. Also "Not the right opportunity for you? Share this job with a friend at https://bbyo.org/about-us/careers" remove. Now we need to structure. About the role: maybe first paragraph(s) describing role and mission. Could be: "Explore a rewarding career at BBYO, a leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement. Here, you'll find a fulfilling career that impacts the community. Join a team of mission-driven, passionate professionals and make a meaningful difference in Jewish teen's lives worldwide. At BBYO, we’re motivated by our mission, inspiring us to reimagine work to make it fun, flexible, and fulfilling. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world." Responsibilities: list of duties from "SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF As a CI Operations Associate, a typical day will include:" then bullet points grouped under categories: Systems & Data, Department Operational Efficiency, Policy & Planning, Financial Processes. We can flatten into a single
  • list of duties. Must preserve all substantive info. Could keep categories as part of list items? Probably each bullet is a duty. Let's extract each duty: - Provide high quality and responsive customer service to staff, teen, and parent users of the myBBYO CRM in Salesforce and front-end website support. - Timely answer to FAQs such as password reset, event creation and registration, scholarship application, and logging in. - Produce data reports and insights that help field professionals manage programs and deliver results. - Maintain technical documentation, directions, and checklists for staff use. - Coordinate logistics for Community Impact meetings and events. - Complete key administrative tasks required to operate consistently across the department. Examples: support related to scholarships, project-based roles, camp documentation, surveys, and regional compliance follow-up. - Partner with CI leaders to streamline operations, identify resource gaps and develop/ roll out solutions. - Oversee CI Microsoft ecosystem including Teams channels, Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint pages, and file organization. - Support our volunteer advisor operations as needed. May include ordering gifts and Awards, coordinating recruitment efforts, tracking metrics, building community via chat and newsletters, creating slide decks and managing schedules. - Support annual planning design and process, including Community Hub templates, timeline, and distribution. - Conduct annual review and auditing of CI forms, waivers, and compliance requirements. - Manage regional financial activities in Salesforce including collection of unpaid balances, auditing for 3% transaction charge, ACH refunds, and reconciliation of event registration status. - Support chapter financial processes including chapter bank accounts, cashless payments, and grant form completion. - Assist with financial documentation and process improvement for CI operations. That seems comprehensive. Requirements: maybe "Experience: 2-5 years of work experience; past exposure to BBYO as teen or staff is a plus". Also "Education: Associate degree or higher; or current graduate student". Also "Experience with youth or teens is preferred". Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. Usually Requirements could be experience and education; Qualifications could be preferred experience with youth/teens, BBYO exposure. Skills could be essential skills list: entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation, etc. But the posting says "Essential Skills For Making a Lasting Impact Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to drive positive change. Additionally, for the CI Operations Associate these skills are key to success: Abilities: Experience with youth or teens is preferred Experience: 2-5 years of work experience; past exposure to BBYO as teen or staff is a plus Education: Associate degree or higher; or current graduate student". Actually that mixes skills and qualifications. Might be better to treat "Essential Skills" as Skills section, and then Requirements/Qualifications as experience/education. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse: - "Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to drive positive change." That's a skill/attribute. - "Additionally, for the CI Operations Associate these skills are key to success:" then list: - Abilities: Experience with youth or teens is preferred - Experience: 2-5 years of work experience; past exposure to BBYO as teen or staff is a plus - Education: Associate degree or higher; or current graduate student Thus we could put Skills: entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation. Requirements: Experience 2-5 years, past BBYO exposure a plus. Qualifications: Education Associate degree or higher or current graduate student. Also maybe "Experience with youth or teens is preferred" could be under Requirements or Skills. I'd put under Requirements as preferred experience. Benefits: "Own Your Balance with a flexible work environment." That's the only benefit mentioned. Could also include "flexible work environment" already mentioned earlier. We'll put that. Pay: "$27-29/hour". Schedule: "19 hours/week". Now produce HTML. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years of work experience
    • Past exposure to BBYO as a teen or staff is a plus
    • Experience with youth or teens is preferred

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or higher; or current graduate student

    Skills

    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Passion for innovation to drive positive change

    Benefits

Own Your Balance with a flexible work environment.

    Pay

    $27-29/hour

    Schedule

    19 hours/week

Check for any duplicated content: Ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities like "Support our volunteer advisor operations as needed. May include ordering gifts and Awards, coordinating recruitment efforts, tracking metrics, building community via chat and newsletters, creating slide decks and managing schedules." That's one bullet. Also "Support annual planning design and process, including Community Hub templates, timeline, and distribution." and "Conduct annual review and auditing of CI forms, waivers, and compliance requirements." Good. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "INSPIRING TODAY.
