About the role

As the Community & HR Manager, you are the heartbeat of the organization. You bridge the gap between initial student outreach and long-term team cohesion, managing the entire student lifecycle within BLASE. You’ll handle both external recruitment and internal team well-being, ensuring every member feels supported and engaged throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage promotional booths and Aula presentations to attract new talent.
• Design, create, and deliver the monthly BLASE newsletter to keep the community engaged.
• Plan and execute internal teambuilding events to foster a strong and cohesive board.
• Manage and track all student data within the organization, collaborating with the IT & Analytics Manager.
• Create and maintain registration forms for recruitment and events.
• Serve as a dedicated HR contact, providing confidential support for team members and managing internal dynamics.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with confidence in public engagement and delivering presentations.
• Proven ability to plan high-impact team-building activities for groups of 15+.
• Strong listening skills and a reliable, confidential point of contact for team members.
• Comfortable managing student data and digital registration forms.
• Enjoyment in a supportive role, acting as the primary contact for internal team dynamics and conflict resolution.
