Duties
- Developing and leading community connections and Spring Dell Center based program
- Willingness to teach or learn to become a better teacher
- Monitoring the people we support
- Completing person-centered plans (PCP)
- Completing modified discovery packets
- Planning activities around area that may peak their interest for employment, volunteering and community engagement
- Providing the opportunity to develop vocational, community and social skills
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Perform physical activities such as: lifting, pushing and pulling
- Clean Driving Record with 2 years driving experience
- Demonstrate sound time management and dependability
- Build strong community relationship with local businesses
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic Computer Skills
