Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel within the city of St. Louis for this role.

- Community Patient Care: Assess new patients’ needs and chart incoming clients into different living sites coordinated through Peter & Paul Community Services.
- Be responsible for medication management and vital sign monitoring
- Screen, communicate, and respond to patient needs appropriately.
- Administer ordered medications via various routes.
- Ensure patient privacy and comfort during the examination.
- Educate patients about health matters as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of medical information into EMR.
- Adhere to ethical nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate to nurse practitioners and physicians on required medical information.
- Serve as a primary contact for NOVUS outside medical referrals and prior authorization services.
- Support the growth and advancement of Novus Health’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- Two (2) years’ experience in Public Health, clinical care and/or work in infectious disease.
- Nonprofit and health clinic experience preferred.
- Previous knowledge and training working with STI and HIV services
- Advanced communication skills; verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work within scheduled clinic hours of operation
