We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated On Call Community Health Nurse to join our team at the North Portland Clinic and lead the charge in providing high-quality, affordable care to our community.
Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Comprehensive Assessments, Intervention and Management, Medication and Treatment, Urgent Care, Health Education, Care Coordination, Referrals, Team Support
- Clinical Guidance, Delegation, Community Outreach
- Documentation, Quality Improvement, Safety
Requirements

Pay
Pay Range $50.41 - $64.80 Hourly
