Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of the position is to provide community health nursing services focusing on infectious disease prevention.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- No experience required.
- Candidates may substitute:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience as a Registered Nurse for the required education.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse for the required education.
- U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Nursing classification or Nursing or Health Care Specialist specialty codes in the nursing field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
Desired or Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
- Employees may be required to operate a motor vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license.
Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $81,750.00 - $105,759.00/year, with potential growth to $128,924.00/year.
