Community Garden Program Manager - Wildwood YMCA

About the Role

Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Work with the director to determine current needs for the program and ensure implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program budget and track expenditures/transactions
• Manage communication through media relations, social media, and other channels
• Schedule and organize meetings, events, and maintain agendas
• Support growth and program development
• Organize and oversee program activities and events
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers from the local community
• Coordinate and monitor teen summer camps
• Organize and conduct leaders clubs and other teen activities and events
• Secure facilities for program activities and events
• Perform all other duties as assigned
