What You Will Be Doing
- Local focus – Engaging with community and missions' partners.
- Create serve opportunities.
- Lead Unleashed workshops.
- Full Force serve initiatives.
- Benevolence (10% or less).
- Domestic (United States) – Church plants, disaster relief, trips, domestic trips, and partnerships.
- International – Global missions' trips, missionaries, and global church partnerships.
- Recruit – Promote serving opportunities and call people into an Unleashed life.
- Develop – Equip people for maturity in their faith and in service.
- Mobilize – Send people into local, domestic, and international service.
- Engage Partners – Care for and collaborate with ministry and community partners.
- Steward – Faithfully manage opportunities, people, partnerships, and resources entrusted to the campus.

Our Requirements
- A passion for mobilization, missions, and a desire to engage our community and our church.
- Experience identifying, recruiting, and developing lay leaders.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
- Resides in Oldham County, Kentucky, or willing to move if offered the role.
- Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
- Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
- Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
