Community Employment Specialist - Atlantic/Cumberland Counties
Major Responsibilities
Manage assigned caseload to
Develop, change and track results of the job seeker’s goals.
Match a job seeker’s interests and abilities with available jobs.
Look for new employers and nurture relationships with existing employers.
Conduct an assessment of each job seeker.
Focus on total life experiences, not just work history, and interest.
Support job seeker in obtaining an interview for identified jobs.
Attend interview if needed.
Support participants currently employed to increase skills, abilities, hours, duties, authority as desired by participant.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
Associate's degree and 1 year experience preferred.
Hours of Work
Hours of work may vary, depending upon participants/job seekers.
Hours of work may include evenings and weekends.

Pay
The base pay for this position is $22 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.
