Pay
$65,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline all staff.
- Manage property office staff and functions, including bookkeeping, marketing, and lease preparations.
- Collaborate with onsite case management and social service personnel; supervise social service coordinator.
- Assist in budget preparation for the property.
- Market the property in compliance with Fair Housing and management agent guidelines.
- Submit required reports to management agents or government entities.
- Maintain office files for business, financial records, and ensure proper crediting/depositing of funds.
- Inspect property daily to ensure maintenance of buildings and grounds; address repair needs.
- Respond to resident requests and complaints.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and three years’ experience in property management, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years’ experience in property management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulations, acts, and guidelines for LIHTC, PSH, HUD, and conventional properties.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to be insured.
