Share the gospel with those that you connect with and help them to grow spiritually. Model, teach and promote community development practices that meet communities’ felt needs.

About the role

This role will benefit the spiritual, physical, and economic well-being of local communities. Working collaboratively, the ideal candidate will provide expertise in community development that will benefit local communities.

Requirements

• Training or experience in Muslim ministry, evangelism, and discipleship
• A heart to focus on the spiritual journey of people while addressing their physical realities
• Training or experience in community development (community training center, biogas, skills training, literacy, sanitation, water, etc.), and a willingness and ability to adapt that to the local realities
• Good “handyman” skills. Able to creatively find solutions to practical problems with limited resources
• Good language learning skills
• Grit: ability to live in a challenging environment
