About the role

Performs a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the custodial care and maintenance of the Community Center.

Schedule

• Permanent Part-time
• Thursdays and Fridays: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Every other Saturday: 4:00 pm - Close
• Additional hours to be determined as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial care and maintenance tasks for the Community Center
• Use equipment, materials, and supplies for building and grounds maintenance
• Conduct minor repairs using appropriate tools and supplies
• Apply first aid knowledge and follow safety precautions
• Work independently and complete daily activities according to schedule
• Lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods
• Communicate effectively with the public, both orally and in writing
• Use equipment and tools properly and safely

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies
• Ability to work well with the public

Pay

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
