Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Manages all operations for a portfolio of community associations. - Provides leadership and consulting with clients on best practices. - Creates and manages agendas for Board Meetings and Owners' Meetings. - Works with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners. - Manages special projects and financials. - Selects and supervises vendors. - Ensures timely payment of homeowner assessments and action on delinquent accounts. - Adheres to company policies and maintains client satisfaction.

Qualification Requirements

- Valid Driver's License and clean MVR. - Reliable transportation and ability to drive to communities. - Strong knowledge of the HOA industry. - Excellent client service orientation. - Strong computer skills (MS Office, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong attention to detail. - Positive attitude. - Leadership and collaboration skills. - Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to win and maintain board confidence. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Organizational and time management skills. - Independent and team-oriented. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. - Verifiable references. - Background check.

Education and/or Experience

- 3 to 4 years of experience in an HOA management role. - 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service. - CAI or CACM Certification(s) preferred. - Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

- Ability to drive to communities. - Sit, stand, and operate business equipment. - Typical office environment with low-level noise exposure.
