Responsibilities

  • Analyzing community association issues and drafting legal opinions
  • Client relations
  • Interpreting and drafting amendments to governing documents
  • Preparing for and attending board and membership meetings
  • Case law research
  • Reviewing and modifying service contracts
  • Enforcement of governing documents

Requirements

  • Florida Bar Member
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Community Association/HOA experience is helpful
  • Excellent skills in client relations
