About the role

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the campus, ensuring all residents are safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure the campus is in good condition.
  • Coordinate with staff to provide support services such as housekeeping, dining services, and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience with property management software.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
