Responsibilities
- Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center.
- Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
- Help customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, and directing them to meeting rooms.
- Ensure all services are properly charged to avoid inaccurate invoices.
- Manage customer mail and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Plan and organize networking events for customers.
- Communicate with the Community Manager to prepare and distribute event invitations and posters.
- Direct customers to nearby restaurants after meetings.
- Ensure the center is tidy and ready for the next day's activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Empathy towards customers' needs.
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience solving problems and adapting to fast-changing situations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old.
