Responsibilities

• Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center.
• Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
• Help customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, and directing them to meeting rooms.
• Ensure all services are properly charged to avoid inaccurate invoices.
• Manage customer mail and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Plan and organize networking events for customers.
• Communicate with the Community Manager to prepare and distribute event invitations and posters.
• Direct customers to nearby restaurants after meetings.
• Ensure the center is tidy and ready for the next day's activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
• Empathy towards customers' needs.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience solving problems and adapting to fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old.
