Responsibilities

  • Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
  • Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers, including helping them with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up projectors, directing customers to meeting rooms, ensuring proper billing, and assisting with printing and invoices.
  • Manage customer requests throughout the day, including sorting mail, answering questions, and handling customer complaints.
  • Ensure the center is tidy and welcoming by directing customers to restaurants, ensuring meeting rooms are set up, and maintaining the cleanliness of the space.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize and promote networking events, and assist in creating promotional materials like e-invites and posters.
  • Help customers with various tasks, such as setting up projectors, directing them to restaurants, and ensuring the space is tidy.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and providing excellent customer service.
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-changing situations.
  • Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
