About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness
• Assist customers with Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup (including projectors), and directions
• Manage incoming calls and connect customers as needed
• Ensure accurate invoicing for all services provided
• Sort and distribute mail while handling customer requests
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature control)
• Organize and promote center networking events, including creating e-invites and posters
• Engage with prospects to encourage membership and participation in events
• Close the center by ensuring tidiness and assisting customers with wrap-up

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships
• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to ownership
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
