About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist customers with a variety of requests, including Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors).
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate customer.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for all services provided.
• Sort and distribute mail while handling additional customer inquiries.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Organize and promote center events, such as networking gatherings, including creating invitations and posters.
• Engage with prospects to showcase the workspace and encourage membership.
• Close the center at the end of the day, ensuring tidiness and assisting customers with final requests.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (ideally 1+ years in customer service).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
