The opportunity

You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of administrative and support needs for customers
  • Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
  • Helping customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up meeting rooms, and handling packages
  • Managing customer requests throughout the day
  • Participating in organizing networking events and creating promotional materials

About you

  • Good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Able to take ownership of problems and find solutions
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
  • Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Likely to be legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
