The opportunity
You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking care of administrative and support needs for customers
- Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
- Helping customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up meeting rooms, and handling packages
- Managing customer requests throughout the day
- Participating in organizing networking events and creating promotional materials
About you
- Good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
- Able to take ownership of problems and find solutions
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Likely to be legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
