Responsibilities
- Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
- Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers, including but not limited to:
- Providing customers with a changed WiFi code.
- Helping customers with directions to their meeting rooms.
- Setting up projectors and showing customers where to find a great cup of coffee.
- Taking care of invoicing and ensuring all services are properly charged.
- Assisting customers with printing and managing invoices.
- Responding to customer requests regarding office temperature.
- Planning and writing e-invites for networking events.
- Creating, printing, and putting up posters on noticeboards.
- Encouraging prospects to join the IWG community and participating in networking events.
Requirements
- Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Empathy towards customers' needs.
- One or more years of customer service experience.
- Experience solving problems and adapting to fast-changing situations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Likely to be legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
