The opportunity
You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within the center. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking care of administrative and support needs for customers
- Handling customer requests such as changing WiFi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and assisting with printing and invoices
- Managing customer mail and ensuring invoices are accurate
- Planning and organizing networking events
- Creating, printing, and posting notices on noticeboards
- Communicating with the Community Manager to discuss upcoming events and sharing details about the IWG community
- Directing customers to restaurants after meetings
- Gently asking groups to wrap up meetings and directing them to nearby restaurants
- Ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day
About you
- Able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ needs
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
- Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
