Responsibilities

  • Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers.
  • Take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers, including but not limited to changing WiFi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and handling customer packages.
  • Ensure all services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate.
  • Help customers with printing and managing invoices.
  • Open tickets in the service portal for issues such as temperature control in team rooms.
  • Plan and write e-invites for networking events, create, print, and put up posters on noticeboards.
  • Share details about the IWG community with prospects and encourage them to join.
  • Direct groups to restaurants after meetings and ensure everything is tidy before closing.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships.
  • Empathy towards customers' needs.
  • One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
