About the Role

As a Community Alignment Coordinator, you will coordinate, develop, and maintain community relationships and resources for the Help Me Thrive system of care. This includes new and ongoing communication and collaboration between programs, community entities, and healthcare personnel and systems. You will impact our community by expanding the reach of Help Me Thrive, benefiting children, youth, and families by strengthening the programs and resources available to them and creating a universal system where families can find help and support.

In this role, you must be friendly, organized, and take initiative. You must be a good public speaker, work well on a team, understand how to read and interpret data, and make decisions based on it. You must also know how to develop promotional materials that appeal to families with youth and the entities that serve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with no prior work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years’ experience working in a child/youth setting, system/program development, or community outreach.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking a plus.
  • Ability to carry and lift 15-25 pounds.
  • Must demonstrate compassion, trauma-informed care, and safety practices including suicide-safe care.
