Community Advice Adviser & Advice First Aid Trainer

About the role

The post holder will provide high-quality, client-focused generalist advice to support individuals and families experiencing a range of social, financial and personal issues. Working from community settings across East Berkshire, they will help service users understand their options, access appropriate services and achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited Advice First Aid training to professional and voluntary sector partners.
• Raise awareness and build partners’ confidence and skills to identify advice issues early and make effective referrals.
