Communications Specialist
Overview
This job is located in Bloomington, IL. PRN AS NEEDED With VERY LIMITED BENEFITS 0–16 hours per week, and they should be available to work across all shifts: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Support shift: 9 AM – 11 AM 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM 3rd shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM Training is 40 hours a week 2-4 weeks.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School/GED
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
- Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1 year clerical work experience.
- Experience in telephone or Switchboard operations.
- 1 year experience in a healthcare related phone system operation.
Pay
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position. Expected pay for this position is $17.00 - $18.89/hour.
