Communications Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries that come in through a centralized tool
- Complete training requests in learning management system (examples include creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment)
- Aid in creation of communications (PPT, video, bulletins etc.)
- Support in creation of marketing materials to promote training opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources
- Present information to dealers in small groups
- Execute day-to-day dealer programs
- Support process enhancement projects to revolutionize programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources
Requirements
- Detailed Oriented
- Cooperates & collaborates well in a team environment
- Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity
- Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years of Administrative or Accountant support experience
- Responsive to quick turnarounds
- Self-driven
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient level with MS Office
- Customer service skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems or other relationship databases
- Professional Development experience
- Experience working with dealerships
- Highly prefer candidates with a degree (Education, Ag Education Ag Business, etc. are all beneficial)
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.78 - $33.78 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
