Communications Specialist
Job Description
The Communications Specialist supports Associa's website and maintenance needs. Specific duties include:
- Ensuring timely, accurate, transparent, and easy-to-understand communication
- Informing, engaging, and connecting residents
- Liaising with the Communications Committee
- Implementing project requests from the Communications Committee
- Drafting and writing email blasts
- Communicating project updates to the General Manager & HOA Manager
- Overseeing projects assigned by the General Manager and HOA Manager
- Aiding residents in logging into the community website and creating accounts
- Handling special projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, marketing, communications, and website content experience
- Customer service driven and team-oriented
- Collaborative with multiple committees and departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with change
- Organized, attentive to detail, proactive, takes initiative and ownership of the role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, Canva, etc. Pay Rate
$20-$23 an hour
